Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10 June 2026

The short version: you can use every generator on this site without an account, and we have built it so that we hold as little of your data as possible — in most cases, none at all. This page explains exactly what is collected, where it lives, and what your rights are.

What we collect

Nothing personal, by design. There are no user accounts, no sign-up forms, and no text inputs anywhere on the site — when you click Generate, your browser sends only the name of the generator and a random number (the "seed" that varies the result). No name, email address, or free-text you type ever reaches our servers, because there is nowhere to type one.

We currently run no analytics and no tracking scripts of any kind. We do not know who you are, and we cannot follow you across the web.

Favorites stay in your browser

The bookmark feature (the floating button in the corner) saves your favorite results in your own browser's local storage. That data never leaves your device and is never sent to us. Clearing your browser data deletes it; the "Clear" button in the favorites drawer does the same.

Cookies

The site itself sets no cookies today. If we add advertising in the future (see below), ad partners would set cookies, and we will ask for your consent first where the law requires it — with a real choice, not a pre-ticked box.

Third parties we rely on

Three services make the site work, and each sees a limited slice of traffic:

  • Vercel hosts the site. Like any web host, it processes standard server logs (IP address, browser user-agent, requested page) to deliver pages and defend against abuse.
  • Anthropic provides the AI model that writes each result. The request we send it contains the generator's topic prompt and the random seed — never anything about you.
  • Upstash caches finished results for up to 24 hours so repeat requests are fast. A cached entry is just the generator name, the seed, and the generated text — it contains no visitor data.

If we are approved for Google AdSense, Google would become a fourth party and would process data to serve ads. We will update this policy before any ads appear, and EU/EEA and UK visitors will see a consent prompt first.

How long data is kept

Cached generator results expire from the Upstash cache automatically after 24 hours. Hosting logs are retained on Vercel's standard short rotation and we do not export or archive them. Favorites live in your browser until you delete them — we never had a copy to begin with.

Children

The site is suitable for a general audience and collects no personal data from anyone, children included. There is nothing to sign up for and nowhere to submit personal information.

Your rights (GDPR and similar laws)

If you are in the EU/EEA, UK, or another region with data protection laws, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to receive a portable copy, and to object to or restrict processing. Because we keep no personal data about visitors, most of these requests are satisfied by default — but you are always welcome to ask, and we will answer honestly rather than with a form letter. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Data requests and questions

For any privacy question or data request, use the email address on the contact page. We reply within 7 days.

Changes to this policy

If our data practices change — for example, when advertising or analytics are added — we will update this page and change the date at the top before the new practice takes effect.
